Experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of AIKIDO.  Add another dimension to your current martial art training.   Add a new level of excitement, motivation, and purpose to your fitness training! Aikido is a defensive martial art that teaches how to neutralize, rather than promote aggression.  With aikido techniques, enjoy physical activity that develops your sense of balance and enhances your ability to focus.  Discover a calmer way to release tension and redirect confrontation. Classes are an hour long and begins with warm-up exercises.  The remainder of class activities alternate between repeated body movements and defense techniques with a partner.  Wear loose clothing (pants) or the standard martial arts uniform ("gi").
