Middle Eastern Belly Dancing 023 CourseCatalog/images/new.gif

This class combines dance moves from Spain, Morocco, Egypt, and Turkey to provide an invigorating, strengthening workout. We incorporate drumming, toning, and dancing together using scarves, veils, and drum sticks. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
