Strength training is vital to a woman's total health and fitness.  Get strong in this 60 miutes bar bell/free weight strength training/body changing class in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and a gr eat group of women participating.  Using bar bells, free weights, tubing, stability balls and more.  This interval tgraining class fires up all the muschles of the body and allows you to burn tons of calories and get ripped and scuplted.  Modifications in movements and amount of weight provided for beginners.  Must pick one day or both - cannot switch back and forth.
