Bodywise Barre Above is the ultimate 60 minute class providing an engergizing blend of ballet barre inspired CARDIO fitness, pilates and serious toning using light to medium weights or bands, balls, body bars, and gliders on Mondays, adding bar bells and stability balls pm Thursdays, all designed to help reshape your entire body, lift your bottom, create flat abs, tone your arms and legs to improve your posture as well as burn calories. This is a class everyone can do.  Must pick one day or both - cannot switch back and forth. One Free class on Jan. 8 or Jan. 11 when your book your session before January 8th.
