You can enhance your ability to adapt to stressful situations and/or crisis. More resilient people are able to "roll with the punches" and adapt to adversity without lasting difficulties; less resilient people have a harder time with stress and life changes. Whatever your challenge, through mind-body skills of mindfulness, compassion and cultivating resilience, you can learn to face your stresses and traumas in a way that supports and decreases, prevents, and heals symptoms, and diseases.
