In this course, we will learn very simple and easy tricks to making sophisticated French desserts. We will be working on quick Danish dough, filing eclairs and piping French Macarons. Techniques that anyone can master. This lesson will include recipes, and a box full of treats that we make in class for you to take home and enjoy.
