Winter Cooking Class Series 078d CourseCatalog/images/new.gif

"Seasonal Sustainability" with the Chef Team from Terrain Care and Amis Trattoria, Westport.  Gather at the chefs' teaching table for interactive, hands-on demonstrations, instructions, and tastings.  All classes will include seasonal recipes focusing on local food sourcing with an emphasis on sustainability.
