We’ll discuss stress and the connection, how biography becomes biology, and explore the meaning, message and opportunity of illness while integrating healing and curing. Participants will learn about cultivating resilience and the effectiveness of mindfulness, relaxation, attitudinal healing perspectives and mind-body therapies for people with a wide range of health concerns. Learn mind-body skills and transform stress, pain and illness into a journey of self-healing and awakening.
