Sound Healing and Guided Meditation 041
The healing power of sound and Divine Sleep® guided meditation can help to calm the nervouse system, reduce stress and so much more. It gently promotes the body's natural ability to switch from active "flight or fight" into the passive "relaxation response". To begin, participants will create soundscapes using instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and voice that resonate to stimulate healing vibrations throughout the body. Then rest with a guided meditation designed to be experienced lying down for deeper relaxation. Active listening throughout the meditation helps quiet a racing mind.
