Mindful Eating integrates mindfulness and nutrition science to achieve awareness of hunger, fullness, cravings, and positive opportunities of food selection.  Regular practice of mindful eating can help reduce stress eating and overeating, develop long-term healthy eating habits, and manage weight without dieting.  In these interactive classes, participants will use all their senses during mindfulness-based eating exercises to train their bodies to stop craving fatty and sugary foods and eat more fruits and veggies.
