Have you ever wondered how to use things around you for self-defense? Develop your instinct with synchronized drills for movements of self-defense using training batons (rattan sticks) and improvised tools. A practical and easy-to-learn art, you will enjoy partner drills on hand/footwork for basic self-defense movements, developing a flow that allows you to counter an attack even if you do not have a weapon on hand.
