This advanced level course  is designed for students who wish to develop confidence in their reading, writing and speaking skills for professional or academic purposes. Reading strategies like predicting, inferring, analyzing and synthesizing will be developed.  Discussions about the readings will help students to express themselves more confidently.  The writing portion of the class will emphasize vocabulary, content and organization. Grammar will be taught as needed.
